What do you want? Do you want to quit drinking, smoking, spending, overeating, etc? To do any of these things you must start at zero point. At zero point you are literally a new person. You are no longer the person who use to drink, smoke, spend, or overeat.
Once you have realized you are a new leaf it is time to weather the storm. The storm I speak of is called, in today's circle, karma. Karma is consciousness balancing itself out through negative and positive or good and bad circumstances in a person's life (karma is the cleansing).
You will go through the ups and downs withdrawals, along with sweats and shakes, these are to be expected. After being addictive to something for many years the body come to depend on it as it does oxygen. You must understand that it is only shadows of your former self refusing to quit you. Treat it like an abusive relationship you're moving far away from. It will continue to follow you for a while, but as you focus on making a new life for yourself it will soon become disinterested and fade away into oblivion forever.
Now remember, you must stay focus even through the shadows and valleys of death, fear nothing. Whatever you may go through, use it. Use it to stay focus in the moment. Do not drift nor ignore these nuances or you will find yourself in deep waters without the energy or an engine to power you into your new life. Allow the excitement of your new life to be greater than the shadows of the former, because that knowing which is within you is greater than the intelligence outside of you.
DO NOT EVER GIVE UP! YOU ARE WORTHY OF YOUR DESIRES! STAY FOCUS AT ALL TIMES!

ReplyDeleteThe only reason your studies may seem difficult at that moment is because it is forced. It is not your highest excitement at that moment, although it may be along the path of the bigger picture.
You must trust that the universe will deliver your dream to you in the best possible way.
Along the path of your dream you must continue to do the things you truly want to do no matter how irrelevant it may seem to the bigger picture.
